FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

For transfer services for which the price has been the subject of an offer from an airport or mainline train station (TGV, THALYS, etc.), this offer includes a one hour wait. To avoid any billable waiting time being exceeded, we recommend that you indicate your flight or train number when booking the vehicle in order to allow the driver to adjust the time of arrival and reception of the passenger(s).

a) TRANSFER RESERVATION (ONE WAY) (from point A to point B): Cancellations are free up to 60 minutes before one-way trips, or as long as the driver has not yet left to go to the pick-up location charge. In all other cases, the total price of the journey will be invoiced.

b) TIMETABLE RESERVATIONS: Cancellation is free if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice but there is more than 60 minutes between cancellation and pickup, only 50% of the reservation price will be charged - provided the driver is not yet on the way for the pickup location. If a cancellation is made with less than 60 minutes notice, the total price of the trip will be charged.

The prices indicated are always per vehicle and include all taxes, tips and costs. The number of passengers and bags that can fit comfortably in each vehicle is listed under each class of car, but that makes no difference to the price.

Your credit card is only charged 24 to 48 hours after the trip. Once your reservation is made, we reserve the funds on your credit card with authorization. Your card is not charged at this stage. This common practice is also used by hotels and car rental companies. If you cancel for free, the authorization will be automatically canceled and your credit card will not be charged.
